Thames Oxford Academy: Providing Professional Training That Warrants Business Growth

The recent Bumiputera Business Excellence Award (BBEA) 2021 saw a host of local businesses honoured for their resilience during the pandemic as they continued to bolster the nation's economy. Coming out on top as the winners of the Business Excellence in Professional Training and Development award, Thames Oxford Academy was recognised for its business practices.

Established in 2015 by founder Zainudin Kadir, Thames Oxford Academy aims to serve the Malaysian food and retail industry by providing training for business growth through solutions and quality training programmes from managerial, supervisory to an operational level. In addition, it specializes in customizing training programmes to the specific requirements of each of its clients.

Speaking of their successful outing at the BBEA 2021, Mr, Zainudin said, “I feel truly honoured to receive this award. This is a token of our previous endeavours and is also a push factor for our future efforts. I would like to thank my team for their incredible effort. This became reality only because of their dedication and arduous work. Furthermore, without their excellent performance, I would not be standing here today and receiving this award.”

The Ministry of Finance Malaysia registered company has also worked with several government entities on strategic initiative training programmes, such as the National Economic Recovery Plan (PENJANA), aimed at boosting job demands among employers and increasing job opportunities and employability among local job seekers. Looking towards the future, Mr Zainudin also opened up about Thames Oxford's plans to engage in programmes that give back to local communities doing what they do best. “We aim to participate more in various initiatives in next the 3 years by participating in programmes that will foster the employment and training of underserved communities.” To learn more about RHJ Tijarah and REHLA products, please visit their website and Facebook.
